Sunroom

The Sunroom features 6 large wooden interior double hung windows ('Marvin'). The wainscotting extends up 3 feet and the flooring is berber in the room and 12 inch tile coming in from the oversized, fenced back yard. This used to be the back porch but was enclosed and is connected to Central Heat and Air! The entry from the sunroom to living room is through a beautiful French Door!
